Consumer tablets aren't built for business use. The ports are limited - if they have any full sized ports at all - and the processors and RAM are rarely powerful enough to run business applications.
The Rugged X10 comes with a powerful Intel i5/i7 processor, up to 16GB RAM, up to 512GB of storage, and can be configured with Windows 7, 10, IoT, or Linux operating systems.
A full sized USB 3.0 port, audio jack, and front & rear facing webcams complete the amazing feature set included with this industrial tablet.
This rugged tablet has been put through the ringer and back again. Independently tested to military specs for drops and vibrations, industrial grade components, and a sealed front bezel that is dust and water resistant.
This is a tough tablet built to withstand the harshest of environments, which is why we boast a less than 2% failure rate.
There are two docking stations that can be used with the Rugged X10 - a VESA docking station or a desktop docking station. The VESA docking station allows you to mount this unit nearly anywhere, including on a tablet cart or even a forklift.
The desktop docking station allows you to pair this device with a keyboard, mouse, and monitor to turn it into a fully functioning desktop workstation. In either scenario, the Rugged X10 can be docked and mounted nearly anywhere and then quickly transition to a mobile device.
While this rugged industrial tablet comes with a host of features right out of the box, you can add a number of optional integrations to take that functionality to another level.
An integrated 2D barcode scanner is built right into the handle for functions like order picking and inventory management. An integrated RFID reader can be used for secure log-in or even to read ID badges for time clock procedures.
The Rugged X10 comes standard with an Imprivata Certified fingerprint scanner and a FIPS Compliant smart card reader, giving you complete flexibility for secure login.
The Rugged X10 is powered by two hot swappable batteries. This means that you can remove one battery while the tablet is running and replace it with a fresh battery allowing for 24/7 operation without ever needing to plug the tablet into an AC outlet.
To take full advantage of this feature, you need the multibay charging station that can charge up to 6 spare batteries simultaneously and in less than 4 hours.
Whether you are on-site or in the field, the Rugged X10 can keep you connected. The Rugged X10 tablet can be equipped with an integrated 3G/4G LTE module to connect to mobile networks.
The Rugged X10 industrial tablet supports all major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, as well as Global carriers in Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
