Description
A wireless microphone system is essentially a radio transmitter and a receiver. Transmitters can be found built-into handheld microphones or on a body pack transmitter to be used with lapel microphones and headset microphones. Receivers accept signals from the transmitter and are a plugged into any mixing console, amplifier, or other devices such as a pc / computer or camcorder.
A wireless microphone headset or wireless lapel microphone allows you to free your hands by wearing the mic, enabling you to multitask and easily communicate with your audience during your presentation. Wireless microphone systems are available in UHF and VHF frequencies.
